Processing and delivery
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit typically takes 3–4 additional business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping cost and tracking
Standard shipping is free within our service area. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. We email tracking information when available after shipment. Tracking may take time to update.
Addresses and delays
Please provide a complete street address. We do not currently support international delivery, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military addresses. Contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays may delay delivery.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your package is missing, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and photographs when available so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to contact the carrier on our behalf.
